A.V. Manohar

A.V. Manohar is a Chartered Accountant and senior finance professional with over four decades of experience spanning India and the Gulf. He is the Founder and CEO of Wisdom Business and Training Services LLC, based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

His career spans roles from Finance Manager to Chief Financial Officer, across industries including financial services, real estate, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and logistics. He spent nearly 20 years as CFO of Oman and Emirates Investment Holding Co SAOG — a publicly listed holding company — where he led consolidated financial reporting, investment management, corporate governance, and capital restructuring across multiple subsidiaries and associates.

He has served as Director and Audit Committee Chairman on multiple listed Omani companies, and as a member of Investment and Audit Committees for capital funds. He is a faculty member of the Omani CFO Programme, delivered in partnership with the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Oman Chapter.

Through Wisdom, he offers CFO advisory, investment consulting, IFRS implementation support, corporate training, and personal mentoring — bringing the same senior judgment he exercised in the boardroom directly to clients across Oman and the GCC.
